Life is filled with moments of immense beauty, and intense grief. It can be challenging to remain sane in the midst of such high highs and low lows. I learned this first hand as a Marine Corps officer, and as a cancer caregiver for my stepfather. Those journeys led me to my career at major cancer institutions where I have provided counseling to families for over seven years. In addition to supporting families through the cancer trajectory, I help men of all ages find answers to questions like "What does it mean to be a man?" and "How can I express masculinity in a way that focuses on love, not self destruction?
