Hello! I am a ‘collaborative therapist’ which means I believe that all clients are their own experts and should be the ones calling the shots. My style is conversational and non-clinical. I try to combine cognitive-based talk-therapy with more experiential approaches like expressive therapies (art and music therapy, for instance), EMDR (eye movement desensitization & reprocessing) and IFS (internal family systems).
