Whether you’re working through relationship struggles, family challenges, or personal concerns, I provide a supportive space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I specialize in premarital counseling as well as supporting parents through the prenatal and postpartum journey. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Diabolical Behavior Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based, Trauma-Informed, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Spiritual integration is available upon request to support healing and growth.
