I’ve always felt a deep calling to help and support others. That feeling is what led me to become a therapist. I help clients begin to heal, find connection or clarity, and take a step closer to their desired life. I often think of Fred Rogers’ words: “In times of crisis, look for the helpers.” That’s where I feel I belong. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive space where people can navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their mental health, and thrive. I use a compassionate, trauma-informed, person-centered approach that strives to see the humanity in every client.
