Thank you for your interest in my practice. I work with clients 18 and older in my office and via telehealth. I have years of experience in several treatment areas that include, but are not limited to the following: Anxiety, Depression, Behavioral Management, Parenting Support, Trauma/PTSD, Self Esteem, Grief and Loss. I believe in a therapeutic approach that is strengths based and client centered. I work with each individual based on their specific emotional and/or behavioral needs in an environment that is comfortable and supportive.
