I believe that one of the most powerful things about therapy is being able to offer a space where it’s safe for you to show up exactly as you are, where both your strengths and your struggles are recognized. When we feel safe, accepted, and understood, it frees us to heal and grow. It’s an honor to me to be able to meet people where they’re at and walk alongside them through their healing. As a therapist with ADHD, I understand the importance of identifying strategies that are successful, sustainable, and tailored to the individual, and am a neuroaffirming provider. I’m particularly passionate about neurodiversity and supporting people in processing early life experiences. Unprocessed, early challenges can remain “stuck” in how we feel, and how we see ourselves and the world. By reprocessing them in a context of safety and acceptance, I help clients build a new narrative: one of self-compassion and emotional freedom.
