I have experience working with adults, teens, and tweens navigating anxiety, depression grief, life transitions, and interpersonal dynamics. I am passionate about serving and providing affirming care for the LGBTQ+ community. As a new therapist, I am eager to learn and continue to grow through my experiences. I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space that is collaborative and safe. Having been a client in therapy before, I deeply value building a human connection in therapy as an important part of the process.
