Our lives are full of challenging and stressful circumstances, both in the world we live and within ourselves. The way we react, respond and relate to our inner and outer experiences determines how we feel and how we see ourselves. Psychotherapy is about getting support, developing understanding and insight into the nature of our personal and relational problems, and learning tools and skills to help us navigate the many challenges that we face in our lives. With a kind and accepting presence, I offer a supportive and compassionate approach where we work collaboratively toward problem solving, insight, and personal growth.
