I’m a social worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2021. I support adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, substance use, and other serious mental health challenges. I help people during times of increased stress, loss, or transition. I work with people who feel overwhelmed by life changes, relationship concerns, or past trauma. I have a special interest in supporting caregivers of medically complex family members, people exploring neurodivergence later in life, and new parents.
