You also don't need to be in crisis to benefit from professional support; sometimes, the most powerful work happens when we proactively invest in our emotional well-being. Every individual comes with a unique set of experiences—my commitment is to meet you where you are, with curiosity, compassion and non-judgement. I work with adolescents, adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, substance use-related challenges, family conflict, school/work-related challenges, & life-transitions. I also coach parents who want support around navigating their child's substance use or other mental health concern.
