I have been a licensed psychologist since 1994 and take pride in providing individual and couples therapy in a comfortable, caring, non-judgmental and optimistic setting. I enjoy working with adults and their partners. I have expertise with a wide variety of issues including relationship problems, couples conflicts, family alcohol/substance abuse recovery issues, parenting dilemmas, depression, loss, anxiety, and stress. Other areas of interest and experience include support for infertility and bereavement. I maintain a focus on understanding your experience and assisting you to make changes that are aligned with your goals and values. My approach is practical and understandable and includes specific ideas you can apply. I have completed extensive couple therapy training & am a Certified EFT Therapist & Supervisor, a well-researched approach to couples therapy.
