Change is inevitable. It doesn't matter if you are going through a marriage or a divorce, employment, new addition to a family, illness, or a sudden death of a loved one - the energy it takes to adapt to new circumstances is highly stressful. This stress can create havoc with your body and life goals. Through many years of listening, I have grown to understand the complexity and depth of the impact of these changes on an individual.
