“Every choice you make takes you closer to or further away from where you want to be.” This has been a guiding principle of both my life and my counseling practice. I am confident that I have the experience to help support and guide you to get where you want to be. And, just as important, I have the wisdom to know when what is required is not my area of expertise. Whether the choice has to do with an exciting possibility or traumatic situation, helping you decide where you want to be and then evaluating whether your choices take you closer to or further from that destination, is what my practice is about.
