As a seasoned therapist, I have helped clients suffering from a variety of issues: anxiety, depression, grief, overwhelming stress and emotions, relationship problems, substance abuse & addiction, Trauma etc. I use a comprehensive approach, blending different psychotherapy techniques with eastern wisdom and western philosophy, to facilitate a client's awareness of self and empowerment towards change. My clients gain the coping skills to conquer their issues and live happier, more meaningful lives. Prior to my private practice, I worked Inpatient Psychiatry at the University of Maryland Medical Center for five years.
