I enjoy working with older teens, adults, couples and families. I have a specific passion and expertise in working with those who are going through life transitions, struggling with anxiety/depression and/or low self worth. I also specialize in helping those recovering from narcissistic abuse, or going through a divorce or separation. In addition to being a licensed therapist, I am a dually trained mediator.
