Relationships are essential to our well being—and they are challenging. I help my clients reconnect with themselves and those they care about through warm, direct, and engaged therapy. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and Relational Life Therapy to support healing, growth, and lasting connection. I specialize in working with adults, especially men, on relationship and communication challenges. Clients often find me relatable, empathetic, and not afraid to bring a little humor into the room.
