I support adults of all ages living the nuanced and intricate realities of complex trauma, neurodivergence, OCD, ADHD, interpersonal relationship challenges, career changes, and any combination of these experiences. As your therapist, I will act as a reflector for you to discover your own process and will hold space for what comes through. My work focuses on bringing awareness to what is working for you, and what isn’t. We will collaborate to distill your narrative into one that reflects how you got here, who you have become, and where you want to go. Please note: I do not work with minors at this time. We will reflect upon current relational/communication patterns, and collaborate to re-contextualize, or "re-story", your lived experience. This especially applies for anyone whose neurodivergence and complex trauma may have flown under the radar up until now.
