Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with Childhood Trauma, PTSD, Substance Abuse, LGBTQ, Sexual Traumas. I approach all therapy meeting the client where they are and working with mindfulness practices and other modalities to address their issues. Self Compassion, loving kindness, solution focused therapy, CBT and DBT are some of those modalities. I specialize in Substance Use Disorder , PTSD, Sexual Trauma and Abuse. I enjoy working with all clients that are willing to work on their issues and open to applying the suggestions that are presented. Not all types of therapy work for everyone and exploring this with a client is very rewarding for them and helps a person be the creator of their new life.
