My goal as a therapist is to create an open and comfortable space for my clients. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is an essential part of the healing process. In order to facilitate the therapeutic relationship I incorporate the elements of authenticity, trust and mutual respect into my work. Whether you’re dealing with the ebb and flow of relationships, transitioning through a major life event, or managing the persistent hold of anxiety and depression, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. My style focuses on strengths and fosters a supportive and nonjudgmental atmosphere of wellbeing and understanding.
