I’ve always been searching for the root of things. That search led me to the body, where I discovered the nervous system is the foundation of healing. I’m a somatic therapist certified in the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) and an Intermediate Level student in Somatic Experiencing (SE). I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and complex trauma, as well as creatives, athletes, and caregivers who want to feel at home in themselves again.
