I work with children (ages 5-10 years old), their families, and adults in building trusting relationships that promote healthy emotional regulation, safe boundaries, positive relationships, increased self-compassion, and resiliency. My goal is to ensure all my clients feel heard and that we work together to build a collaborative relationship that promotes strength and healing. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults. I follow a humanistic approach that aims to meet my client where they are in their healing journey by using a wide variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, creating awareness, self-compassion training, mindfulness, and resilience building.
