I have a passion for assisting people with Complex PTSD and trauma. I have personal and professional experience with healing trauma working with adults, youth and children for over twenty years. I believe in creating a safe non-judgmental space where all parts of oneself are welcome, as we explore with compassion and curiosity, all aspects of yourself to empower the innate natural inner healing of the self within. I will guide you to a deeper level of understanding your unique parts as you gain a greater sense of clarity, curiosity, connection, calm, courage, compassion, creativity, and confidence. I am a certified Yoga teacher.
