My name is Dr. Ruth K. Ellerbroek and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota. My ideal client is ready find solutions to feel better and regain control but may feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start. They may face anxiety, stress, low self‑esteem, relationship struggles, or major life transitions and want clarity, resilience, and lasting change. I offer a safe, non‑judgmental space to explore your experiences and feelings. Using empathy and evidence‑based tools—CBT, ACT, Solution‑focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Stress Management, and other methods— I'll help you build skills, challenge patterns, and grow at your own pace.
