I have 20+ years experience supporting adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges and trauma. I have extensive experience with navigating life-threatening food allergies (including OIT patients), chronic illness and perinatal mental health (including loss and infertility). I am certified in EMDR and Brainspotting, hold an advanced certificate in Logotherapy, and strategize through the collaborative journey of the therapeutic process. I offer an integrative approach based in Logotherapy while blending applications from EMDR, Brainspotting, etc. Our therapeutic space is a sanctuary for gaining clarity and cultivating strategic growth.
