I work with women in leadership positions and service-based professionals like social workers, therapists, wellness practitioners, and executives. I help clients dealing with chronic stress, overwhelm, imposter syndrome, anxiety, career unfulfillment, unresolved childhood trauma, breakups, toxic relationships, and intergenerational traumas. My approach is psychospiritual and holistic. I help clients explore the root causes of their struggles by accessing insight through a mind-body and spirit approach so they can improve self-care, relationships, work-life balance, and heal from past traumas.
