My name is Jennifer Kemp. I am an LMFT 112316. I believe there is hope for all people. My approach to therapy stems from this belief. There are always different ways to perceive ourselves. I like to focus on strengths. I am a fan of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. They are different approaches, but they help clients understand and see themselves by using new strategies.
