Life can be hard; there are times when we all need a little help with past traumas, life’s problems and challenges. Taking the step to see a therapist can be like opening a new door. I have a deep respect for the individual human spirit and a true belief in the therapeutic relationship as a means of creating change. I simply want to help anyone who wants to be helped. I have assisted individuals in all walks of life for over 17 years through issues ranging from trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders and many others. I use an eclectic model of therapy incorporating various therapeutic approaches. I have specialized training in trauma and anxiety and have worked in a variety of settings.
