I believe in addressing the person as a whole: body, mind and soul. Walking through issues and identifying dysfunctional patterns with appropriate pace and timing. I work toward: integrating the fractured parts of a person toward wholeness, considering and working through ineffective patterns and beliefs, developing skills to regulate emotions, working to rewire the ineffective neurological pathways established in the brain, releasing stored trauma emotions and addressing dysfunctional relationships with others and the self.
