Are you having difficulty showing up authentically in relationships because you're afraid to be fully you? An unexpected answer to this challenge includes the ability to honor and set boundaries with those that you want to be close to and those that you need space from. If you have struggled with people pleasing, holding yourself to unreasonably high expectations, let's talk. I want to help support you in your journey to genuine connection and empowerment in your relationships and life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic modalities to guide my work. More importantly though I hope to work myself out of a job with you. What I mean by that is to provide the tools that you need to cope and also to be able to build your support network so that you are able to thrive, receive and give support to those around you.
