I work with children, adolescents, and families to target areas of difficulty in relationships, school, and social settings. Together we will develop communication and coping strategies that engage and empower individuals to manage stressors, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that building positive relationships, and working together are key in mental wellness. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment in which young people can process, grow, and explore not only their challenges... but also their strengths.
