We can work together to help uncover your own strengths and find your natural coping skills. You will be able to meet life's challenges, and feel healthy and at peace. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Woker who has worked in the Mental Health field since 1992 with children and adults. I have extensive knowledge of mental health, trauma and as a School Social Worker. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy with a trauma informed approach. However, with my experience I am able to adapt therapeutic approaches to best fit your needs.
