As a mom of three with over a decade of experience working with people navigating pregnancy and early parenting, I know firsthand how exciting, overwhelming, and exhausting it all can be. I specialize in the perinatal period and EMDR, helping with processing everything from postpartum anxiety to the way our own upbringings can resurface once we have children.
