I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who believes in the power of healing through creativity. I am also trained in EMDR which helps clients navigate through negative cognitions, depression caused by past trauma, and the mental stressors of chronic illness triggered by PTSD. As a survivor of both chronic illness and the recent Eaton Fire in Altadena, it is my mission to continue to connect and collaborate with clients who have PTSD, and help to instill a sense of worth, and joy while working through the challenges and triggers of the past.
