I work with folks who are feeling disconnected from who they are, those who are struggling with or in recovery from substance use, as well as trauma, boundaries, and relationship challenges. Together, we can explore and identify patterns of behaviors you want to change, and find healthy tools to increase emotional regulation. Through creative expression, you can heal and live a life that supports your personal goals and values. I provide folks with a safe space for expressive healing to help rediscover a relationship with yourself, your loved ones, and your strengths and challenges. I provide quality, evidence-based services including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Art Therapy (I am credentialed as a provisional art therapist)
