I believe that the answers that clients are looking for lay within; my goal is to help clients find those answers using various proven treatment methods. I also believe that a client gets as much out of therapy as they are willing to put into therapy. I have experience treating a variety of different mental health disorders but primarily treat anxiety, depression, and bipolar. Working with new moms is a passion of mine as they navigate the postpartum period and motherhood. I also assist with change of life discomfort, whether it being entering adulthood, becoming an empty nester, or navigating retirement.
