I am a Mental Health Counselor-LP with a background in Psychology and Sociology. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults and parents. We will target your maladaptive thoughts and behaviors by utilizing techniques tailored to your needs. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy. Together we will learn how to manage our emotion regulation and distress tolerance, while building our interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness skills.
