I am a licensed mental health counselor and licensed marriage and therapy therapist. I have counseled individuals and couples for 40 years. I bring a great depth and breadth of expertise to my work and a practical approach. I help clients learn about themselves and practice radical self-acceptance. I received a Ph.D. in Psychology at Saybrook Institute in San Francisco and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at Antioch New England University. I wrote Relationship Transformation: How to Have Your Cake and Eat It Too with my wife, Mary Ellen.
