I am a relationship specialist. Whether it's an affair, broken communication, lost intimacy, safety, or trust, or simply a desire to improve your connection, I help couple's find a path to get there. One of the bigger challenges of modern couple’s therapy is translating what happens in the therapy office to home. Inspired therapy doesn’t often equal change, it offers fleeting insights. Giving couples the tools to take home and transfrom their relationship, is the real work. I’ve developed an effective process to deliver those tools, and then nurture it with skill building.
