Welcome! I’m Marissa Marra and I am currently accepting new clients! I specialize in individual therapy for teens and adults, offering support for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes. I understand that seeking help can be a challenging step, and I’m here to create a safe space for you to explore your feelings and experiences. As a former first responder, I know firsthand the unique challenges of high-stress environments and the importance of finding a therapist who truly understands. I’ve worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, gaining valuable experience with individuals facing substance use challenges and supporting their families. I integrate evidence-based modalities into my practice and am formally trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
