My ideal client comes to therapy ready to look within themselves. This may look like taking risks, expressing their authenticity and being open to applying skills learned in therapy, outside of the room. It is important that the client remembers to bring their true self into the room, flaws and all. Only then can we begin to heal, grow and thrive.
