While I’m confident in my general work around anxiety, depression, and trauma, I have a specific interest in faith-related concerns (as a Christian therapist, your faith is in safe hands!), OCD, addiction history (personal or familial), grief and loss, and those with disordered relationships with their body. Life can challenge our values, beliefs, and stress-coping mechanisms, weakening our resilience and self-empowerment. When emotions become intolerable, I hope to help guide you through these difficult moments.
