My practice focuses on working with individuals who struggle with ADHD, Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorder, Trauma, Relationship/Familial issues. I truly believe that treatment should be client-lead as each client has their own unique, individual needs that will support their growth and progress. I strive to build a strong foundation, based on trust and safety with my clients, as I believe it is instrumental in their therapeutic success.
