I believe that it is in relationship with others that we find healing from past and present hurts and that therapy is a wonderful way to make space for this healing. My counseling background includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as families. My clients' goals often include wanting to understand why they "do what they do" in their lives and relationships, as well as how they can improve their relationships with themselves and others.
