Sometimes people come to therapy with a specific concern: fear of commitment, grief, a bad habit. Other times, they have difficulty putting to words what they are experiencing, but something doesn't feel quite right. Together with my clients, we decide our focus, our goals, and the direction we take. Whether you know what brings you in or not, we'll figure it out together. I offer psychotherapy, generally 50-minute sessions, though frequency and length of sessions are flexible. My current hourly rate is $170.
