Do you ever ask yourself, with a little curiosity, "What the hell is my life?" as you are pondering what you want and how to get there? Loneliness sucks. Connection is difficult. Unhealthy coping tools feel easier to use than the good ones. Together, we will work on changing the narrative, coping with the intense pressure and stress you are facing, focusing on your strengths, and allowing space to connect to compassion for yourself. I work with people who struggle with mental health and addiction, relationship issues, self-esteem, isolation and a general disconnect from life. What is creating a block for you? Let's get to work.
