I am a Black/Filipina, bisexual-identified, neurodivergent psychotherapist and new mother. I specialize in treating OCD, generalized and social anxiety, eating disorders, and depressive disorders. I recognize the unique challenges and strengths within marginalized communities, and I strive to create a safe and affirming space for exploration and healing. I provide evidence-based therapies to help navigate daily struggles. I utilize person-centered, ERP, ACT, and solution-focused therapy to help treat patterns of intrusive thoughts, rituals, and generally anxious behaviors.
