Choosing a therapist can be confusing and intimidating (trust me, I get it). More than anything, the most important factor in conducting effective therapy is the quality of the relationship between the client and therapist. Ours will be a safe, nonjudgmental place to unpack and process even the most distressing moments. Together, we can find a way through the hard issues and back to a more centered way of living.
