Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022 from Capella University. I have been practicing for the past 3 years. I assist teenagers, young adults, adults, and seniors with daily struggles, providing coping skills, resources, and personalized treatmetn plans for their current and future success. In our first session together we will start with brief introductions, soon after we will dive into the challenges that are affecting you as a person. This is a very important step as it will assist me in creating a personalized treatement plan to work through in our future sessions.
