Through my training and experience in diverse settings, I have developed a deep appreciation for the wide range of stressors people face and the profound impact these can have on mental health. I have provided care in clients’ homes, community mental health centers, hospitals, private practice, and through teletherapy. Time and again, I have witnessed the relief that comes when individuals are given a space to feel seen and heard, to challenge unhelpful patterns, and to gain clarity around the issues that cause them distress.
