I support individuals and families to cope with the effects of chronic, debilitating illnesses; Alzheimer’s Disease and related disorders, grief, depression, anxiety, hoarding disorder, trauma, and substance use disorders. I am a licensed mental health counselor with a Master’s degree in expressive arts therapy from Lesley University. I have nearly 40 years of clinical counseling experience. My practice has long been focused on adults over the age of 60 and their family caregivers. I have provided consultations, supportive counseling, care coordination, and medical advocacy to countless elders and their family caregivers.
